The best way to find out how rare Naruto cards are is by looking on the back of the card. Just because a card is halographic does not necessarily mean it is rare. On the lower left side of a card can have colored dots. If it's white, then it was obtained from a booster pack. If it's red, then the cards were from a starter pack. The dots range from one to three. Three means they are "super rare" and one is "rare."
